Send the perfect proposal before lunch.
Deckchi turns a CRM deal and your call notes into an on-brand proposal and sales deck, using only your approved content and prices. Then it collects the signature and tells you exactly how the client read it.

One deal, one afternoon
Seven waves from call notes to a signed deal.
Every proposal moves through the same day. Deckchi handles each step in one place, so nothing gets re-typed, re-priced or lost in an inbox.
AI Proposal Writer
A first draft that already knows the deal.
The AI Proposal Writer reads the CRM deal, the contacts and your call notes, then builds the proposal from your approved library. The client's own words become their goals. Prices come from the current price list. The rep edits and sends.
- Every paragraph shows where it came from
- No invented clients, numbers or claims
- Drafts in your tone, in English or Hindi

Honest selling
Fast, and still true to what you sell.
A proposal is a promise. Deckchi is built so speed never costs you accuracy, and so clients always know how their reading is measured.
How the AI stays on your factsApproved content only
The AI drafts from your library, price lists and CRM. It never invents claims, clients or numbers.
A person sends every proposal
Reps review each draft before it goes out. Nothing is sent to a client automatically.
Tracking clients can see
Opens and time per page are measured on the proposal link only, and the link carries a privacy notice.
Your data stays yours
Client and deal data is encrypted, never sold and never used to train AI for other customers.
Does the AI invent prices or claims?
No. The AI Proposal Writer only uses your approved content library, your current price lists and the facts in the CRM deal and call notes. If a section needs something that is not in the library, it leaves a highlighted gap for the rep instead of making it up.
Does it connect to our CRM?
Yes. Deckchi connects with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Freshsales and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Deals, contacts and notes come in, and opens, signatures and the Won stage go back out.
Can we export to PDF and PowerPoint?
Yes. Any proposal or deck exports to PDF and PowerPoint with your fonts and layouts intact. Tracking and e-sign work on the live link, so most teams send the link and attach the PDF only when a client asks for it.
Is the e-signature legally valid?
Electronic signatures are valid for most commercial contracts in India under the Information Technology Act, and in the US, UK and EU under their e-signature laws. Some documents, such as property sale deeds and certain government forms, need other formats. Deckchi flags these templates so they are not sent for e-sign by mistake.
Do clients need an account?
No. Clients open a secure link in any browser, on desktop or phone, pick their options and sign. They never create an account or install anything.
How long does setup take?
Most teams send their first proposal on day one. Connecting a CRM takes a few minutes. Importing your existing proposals, case studies and price lists into the library usually takes a week of part-time work, and our onboarding team does most of it with you on the Noon and Sunset plans.
Golden hour, deal signed
Your next proposal could be signed by sunset.
