Terms of Service

The rules for using the Service to draft, send, track and sign proposals, written to be read rather than skimmed.

1.The agreement

These terms apply when you create a workspace or use the Service to draft, design, send, track or sign proposals and sales decks. By signing up, you accept them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

2.Workspaces and seats

Each person who creates, edits or sends proposals needs a seat. Readers, signers and people who only approve or comment do not.

You are responsible for keeping login details safe, for the actions taken in your workspace and for removing people who leave your team.

3.Free proposals

A new workspace can create and send 5 proposals free, with no time limit. After the fifth proposal, a paid plan is needed to send more. Proposals already sent stay readable and signable.

4.Your content

You own the content you put into the Service, including library blocks, templates, price lists, proposals, decks and CRM data. You give us permission to host, process and display it only to run the Service for you.

You confirm that you have the right to use the content you upload, including case studies, client names and logos, and that the claims in your proposals are accurate.

5.AI drafts

The AI Proposal Writer prepares drafts from your own workspace content. Drafts are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing every proposal before it is sent, including prices, scope, terms and any statements about your products or past work.

We do not use your content to train AI models for other customers.

6.Read tracking

View Tracker measures activity on proposal links only. You agree not to remove or hide the privacy notice shown on proposal links, and to use reader data only to follow up on the proposal it relates to.

7.Electronic signatures

E-Sign Close records signatures with one-time code verification and an audit trail. Electronic signatures are valid for most commercial contracts, but some documents need a different format by law, such as wills, property sale deeds, negotiable instruments and documents that need stamp duty or registration.

You are responsible for deciding whether a document can be signed electronically. Templates flagged by the Service as needing another format should not be sent for e-signature.

8.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or misleading offers through the Service;
  • upload content you do not have the right to share, or content that is unlawful;
  • try to access other workspaces, break security controls or overload the Service;
  • use reader data to profile people beyond the proposal they received.

9.Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed per seat, monthly or yearly, in advance. Prices are shown on the pricing page and exclude taxes, which are added where they apply.

Adding seats during a billing period is charged pro rata. Plans renew automatically until cancelled from the billing settings. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

10.Integrations

When you connect a CRM or other tool, your use of that tool is governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for changes or outages in third-party tools, but we will work to keep integrations running.

11.Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available at all times, apart from planned maintenance announced in advance. Support channels depend on your plan, as shown on the pricing page.

12.Ending the agreement

You can close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms, after notice where reasonable.

After closing, you have 30 days to export your proposals, signed documents and library before they are deleted.

13.Liability

The Service is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for lost deals, lost profits or indirect losses. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
