Who counts as a seat?
Anyone on your team who creates, edits or sends proposals. Clients who read and sign, and colleagues who only approve discounts or comment, are free.
What do the 5 free proposals include?
Your team can create and send 5 proposals with AI drafts, Deck Studio, pricing tables, e-sign and read tracking. There is no time limit and no card needed.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade at any time and pay the difference for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades apply from the next billing date.
Do you charge per proposal or per signature?
No. Paid plans include unlimited proposals and signatures. Only AI drafts on the Morning plan have a monthly limit.
Which currencies can we pay in?
Plans are billed in US dollars by card. Teams in India can also pay in rupees with GST invoices, and annual Sunset plans can pay by bank transfer.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits and schools?
Yes. Registered non-profits and educational institutions get 30% off any annual plan. Contact us with your registration details.
